Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico, Villa Dolores is within 10 minutes walking distance from the village of Chicxulub for easy shopping and all village amenities. The Villa has a spacious living, dining and kitchen area on the ground floor. The living - dining area looks out though a glass wall with sliding panels leading onto a large terrace with a swimming pool. On the second floor there is a large master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a terrace looking out over the Gulf. Two additional bedrooms are on the second floor through a separate outside staircase. Directly behind the main Villa Dolores, about 20 metres away, is a separate comfortable two bedroom apartment with a sitting area. This is an ideal setting for a family or friends gathering during your long-stay holiday. The property has privacy with a stone wall on either side to the road with dozens of palm trees between the house and the road. There is a seperate 2 bedroom apartment that may be rented by the renters of the larger villa for a aditional fee of 500 US dollars during your stay.
