Dale Aubichon is the president of SouthNest, a reputable  business with 14 years experience in the Flamingo Coast of the Yucatan, Mexico.

SouthNest is located in Progreso, Mexico. SouthNest has successfully contributed to the establishment of a Canadian community on the Flamingo Coast, the newest and fastest growing Canadian community in Mexico for retirees of all ages.

There were only 43 “Norte Americanos" in Progreso/Chicxulub eleven years ago when Dale Aubichon first visited the area.  They held a BBQ and all fit into the same picture.  At that time Dale saw the challenge and opportunity to create a new unique winter destination in Mexico through the creation of a new Canadian business.  Today, thousands of Canadians  and Americans visit the area every year from late fall to early spring.  Many of the Canadians, who now return every year to the beach and its unique community along the Gulf of Mexico, were introduced to the area through SouthNest.

Southnest services, from the time you book your trip until your departure, are aimed to ensure that you have a safe and enjoyable stay in this “non-tourist" residential beach community.  Special services and guarantees have always differentiated SouthNest from its competitors.  These include airport pickups on arrival, orientation tour of the beach communities, initial grocery shopping trip.  SouthNest also meets with each condo/villa owner to ensure the properties are fully equipped, which then allows you to bring only your suitcases of personal items and clothing.
