Amenities and Services Found in Neighbouring Communities
All SouthNest condos and villas are situated in the province of the Yucatan, along the Flamingo coast, which lines the Gulf of Mexico. The accommodations are nestled between the quaint fishing port town of Progreso along the village of Chicxulub and the Uaymitun coastal area. A mere 30 minutes away is the large modern city of Merida, which has retained a colonial atmosphere full of romanticism, culture and history. There is a 8 lane highway conecting Progreso to Merida and the trip between the two locations is easier than driving between most locations in North America.
