SouthNest Inc. villas are exclusive, and our vacation specialist has carefully selected each to suit the needs of a long-stay holiday.
All villas are beachfront on the Gulf of Mexico near Progreso and Chicxulub; all villas have a swimming pool.
Villas have been chosen for their convenience of location, condition and overall appearance. They are also selected with consideration for the walking distance to local restaurants and grocery shopping.

Villas and condos are priced in US Dollars and may be rented on a seasonal or monthly basis from September 1, 2009 to June 30, 2010.*
*Most of our villas are only available till March 25th 2010 due to owner occupancy over the two week Easter holidays. The March 2010 rate will be 5/6 th the monthly rate.

SouthNest representative is in Mexico during your stay and may be contacted by land, cel phone or emailed to address concerns.
All final payments are due 60 days before departure. Rentals for the season are for calendar months. A $300 US dollar security cheque is required when balance is owed. The deposit chequeis is not cashed and will only be returned when all phone bills have been received and the waiting period is generally up to 8 weeks.
February is the peak travel month and due to limited availability SouthNest Inc. will give preference to customers renting February along with either January or March 2010.
